Spaghetti Supper & Worship Fundraiser

Two of our young people, Tim Cruz and Ruth Henry, will be doing mission work in downtown Toronto with Power to Change. This is an amazing opportunity for them to step out in faith and learn how to engage people in spiritual discussions about being a follower of Christ.

This mission trip will cost them almost $3,000 each and their funds have to be collected by April 22nd. The youth, to show their support, have offered to make, serve, and even clean up after a spaghetti supper! There will also be a worship time including an update/presentation from Tim and Ruth. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend, bring a friend or two, and give generously. Funds can be receipted and please, please be praying for them!

Saturday April 12, 1:00 pm.

Biblical Leadership Class

What is Biblical Leadership? Paul spends a lot of time discussing that very question! The one thing we do know is that Biblical Leadership is God’s order for the local congregation. The Lord has given us the role of Elders and Deacons to help, lead, guide, feed, and serve.

This leadership class will be presented to all the members and prospective members of the board as both a refresher and challenge to live up to the calling.

Sunday April 6th, 12:30-2:30 pm.
